Mack is the founder and Managing Director of Rossoff & Co. LLC, a boutique investment bank headquartered in New York City. Prior to founding Rossoff & Company, Mack was an M&A specialist at Banc of America Securities, LLC. Prior to that he served as head of M&A at Wit Soundview Group; Head of Global Media and Entertainment Investment Banking at JP Morgan; Head of Investment Banking at Schroder & Co. Inc.; Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Dillon Read & Co.; and was an original partner and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Wasserstein Perrella & Co. Mack began his investment banking career in 1982 with The First Boston Corporation, where he focused on media and transportation assignments.
Mack is a graduate of Princeton University and of Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA.

Andrew Frank provides valuable insight into financial and communications strategies for The Hartmann Group.
As Founder and President of Karv Communications, Andrew brings a wealth of experience in a number of areas, including crisis communications, public affairs and media skills. An expert in creating communications strategies, Andrew has 25 years of experience working with a variety of clients including gaming, technology, countries, insurance and others, overseeing and implementing public outreach efforts; crisis preparation; financial and/or regulatory issues; and identifying and managing communications issues around complicated litigation.
Prior to founding Karv Communications, Andrew served for 15 years in various positions at Strategy XXI Partners and Kreab Gavin Anderson, including Managing Partner. From 1992-1997 he was a political appointee in the Clinton Administration, including Managing Director of the United States Information Agency’s New York Foreign Press Center, and Senior Adviser for Communications to the Director of U.S.I.A. He is on the Board of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the American Council on Germany. Andrew graduated from The George Washington University in Washington D.C., and studied at Syracuse University’s London Centre, is a former Adjunct Professor of Crisis Communications at Fordham University Graduate School of Business, and guest lectures at Columbia University, NYU and American University. Andrew lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
